Directions: The property is located just north of the closed street of Margarets Building and just south of Rivers Street.
GETTING INTO THE PROPERTY: You are in the correct location if you are looking at a white door with the number 6 on it and a black metal railing with stairs leading down the to basement flat. Please be careful down the stairs.
LOCKBOX: There is a black lockbox directly adjacent to the front door.
The code is 6060
There are three keys. The key without the coloured sticker is for the front outer door. The other two colour coded keys are for the top and bottom locks on the front door.

Once you have the keys please close the lockbox and enter the property.

Rubbish: Please place all rubbish in the bins provided. Please leave rubbish in the flat. The cleaners will handle it after your departure. If you are on a long term stay, contact the host via the booking channel, and let us know the rubbish needs disposal.
Heating: There is a central heating controls. Use it to set the desired temperature of the flat.
ALL WE ASK IS YOU PLEASE TURN OFF THE HEATING WHEN NOT IN THE FLAT.

Parking Charlotte Street long stay car is £15/day, and is a 5 minute walk to the flat.
