Directions: When traveling from the east, Kensington chapel is on your left along the London Road, just passed ‘Kwik Fit’ and just before when travelling from the west.
Parking: The property comes with 1 private parking spot at the back of the building (via Meadow Lane).
To enter the carpark you will first need to get the fob for the carpark from within the apartment.
Apologise for not storing this in the lockbox, but in the past when we have done this the fob has maintained water damage.
I would advise pulling up outside of the property (You will know if you are at the right location because it will say ‘Kensington Chapel’ on a large brass plaque on the front of the building) with your hazard lights on, whilst you run in to grab the parking fob.
*Please note that the main street (Kensington Place) is permitted, so do not park here any longer than 10 minutes.
Once you have the fob, drive to the back of the property and tap the fob on the receiver. Then park in the designated spot- “FLAT 1” (furthest to the left and closest to the dirt road).
Once parked use the entry fob again to enter the back security door (same process as the front door).
Lockbox: To the right of the entrance you will see several black lockboxes attached to the wall beneath the post boxes. Your lockbox is the #1 the very top left lockbox.
Top open the lockbox pull down the cover. Press the red C button. Enter your code. Once the code has been entered, turn the black dial above the keypad, clockwise until it opens. Once you have retrieved the keys, please close the lockbox, turn the dial to the left, and pull the cover over the keypad.
*Important Notice; Please do not disturb the other residents by ringing their buzzers on the intercom! If you have any issues accessing the property please contact us on.
Entry: Proceed into the building by tapping the the entry door fob on the receiver (to the right of the main door). And then use the key to enter flat #1. First flat on the left of the ground floor.
Parking Fob: Once inside the flat, to the left at the end of the hall is a table where you will find the parking fob. Grab the fob, return to your car and drive to the back of the property, via Meadow Lane where you will find the car park. You will need to place the fob on the receiver to open the gates.
WiFi Router: The router is located in hallway on the ground close to the entryway to the living room. The provider of the internet is BT. The internet speed is guaranteed to be no less than 41/mbps-but recent speed checks have shown a speed of almost 70/mbps. If there are any issues with the speed of the internet, please disconnect your devices, then unplug the router from the wall, after 30 seconds, plug the router back in, wait for the blue light on the router, then reconnect your devices.
