Directions: This property is located to the left of Kingsmead Kitchen and to the right of The Bath Coffee Company, if you are facing the building.
Lockbox: Situated to the left of the front door you will find the lockbox, which is labeled “2”.
Inside are three keys, one to the outer door, and two for the top and bottom lock on the door to the flat. Use the keys to let yourself into the building, proceed up to the stairs to the 2nd floor (this is the 2nd door you will encounter on your journey up the stairs) where you will find flat 2.
Wifi: The wifi is located in the living room next to the window on the left. The provider of the internet is BT. The internet speed is guaranteed to be no less than 41/mbps-but recent speed checks have shown a speed of almost 70/mbps. If there are any issues with the speed of the internet, please send a message through your booking provider platform and we will handle it with great speed.
TV: Netflix is available. Turn on the TV and press the Netflix button on the remote. Use the “Kingsmead” account.
Rubbish: Please place all rubbish in the bin. Leave all rubbish in the flat. If your stay is a longer stay please send a message through the booking channel to have the rubbish removed.
Heating: There is a central heating control. It is located on the wall between the bathroom and the kitchen. Feel free to set the temperature to the desired level, but please turn it off when not present in the flat.
Kitchen;
Tea, sugar, milk and Coffee (Tassimo) are all provided.
Washing machine can be found in the kitchen, should you need along with all the usual appliances fridge/ freezer + oven.
Plus an iron, which can be found under the kitchen sink.
You will find the drying rack is the closet nearest the kitchen.
Miscellaneous;
All linen and towels are provided.
The bedding for the sofa bed can be found in the large wardrobe in the master bedroom (the room out on its own).
Hairdryer; If you need a hairdryer, I suggest packing one as whilst we endeavour to provide these they do tend to go missing.
Parking: There are several long term parking providers in the city of Bath, we suggest using Charlotte Street Car Park as it is the closest to the property. It costs £15/day
Please note there is strictly no smoking within the property. Also do not flush wipes or anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
