Wifi: 32Northampton

Directions: Just off of Julian road, up passed the school (St. Andrews) opposite a small green.
Your property is the basement flat, which has a bright pink door.
Lockbox: The lockbox is located on the wall to the left of the door. Underneath the gas meter.
Washer: A washer is present in the kitchen, and a drying rack is in the utility closet underneath the stairs.
TV: Netflix is available. Turn on the TV and press the Netflix button on the remote. Use the Marr House account.
Rubbish: Please place all rubbish in the bin provided and leave the rubbish in the flat. The cleaners will dispose of it once you have vacated the property.
Heating: There is wireless heating control located in the bedroom, small and white, turn it on and set it to the desired temperature, but please turn it off when not needed or not in the flat.
Kitchen: Coffee (we think it is excellent) is and tea is are provided, apologies for the lack of milk but policy is not to put any perishable items in the house).
Parking: Park at the Charlotte Street Car Park. It is £15/day.

Miscellaneous: All linen and towels are provided.
Bedding for the sofa bed can be found underneath the main bed.
Hairdryer; If you require a hairdryer during your stay, I suggest packing one as whilst we endeavour to provide these they do tend to go missing.
