Directions: This property is on the northwest corner of the junction where the A36 and Brassknocker Hill meet.
Once parked, head towards the only house on the corner of the junction. Cross the road and go up the stairs through the black metal gate. Proceed up two flights of stairs, then turn right, and proceed up another flight. The door to your left is #5 and where you are staying.
Parking: This property comes with two parking spaces. You will find these in the carpark at the bottom of the hill. Your parking spaces are #10 and #11
Lockbox: The lockbox is located on the wall to the right of the door.
TV: Netflix is available. Turn on the TV and press the Netflix button on the remote. Use the “VIADUCT”- account.
Rubbish: DO NOT LEAVE ANY RUBBISH OUTSIDE. Please place all rubbish in the bin provided and leave the rubbish in the flat. The cleaners will dispose of it once you have vacated the property. If you need to dispose of your rubbish yourself, there is a rubbish disposal unit in the carpark within the wooden structure.
Heating: There is wireless heating control located in front of the television, small and white, with grey buttons. The heat should be set to off, use the grey buttons to adjust the heat up or down depending on your desire. Press the up button (^) to turn the temperature up or the opposite of that symbol to turn the heat down. Set it to the any temperature, but please turn it off when not needed or not in the flat.
Kitchen: Tea, coffee (Tassimo machine), sugar and milk are all provided for you. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine (actually found in the bathroom), dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/ freezer.
Garden: You have your own courtyard to the front of the property. Please respect the neighbours by keeping the noise down especially after 10pm.
If you are a smoker please dispose of any cigarette butts. Strictly no smoking in the property.
