Passcode is located on the router, beneath the end table to the left side of the couch (nearest the wall), if required.
Directions: The door to the property is to the right of the Beau Nash Antique Shop with ’31’ on.
Lockbox: There are several lockboxes to the left the of the front door. The lockbox for this property is the very top lockbox. Open the lockbox, remove the key, one key lets you in the outer door and one is the door to your flat. Proceed up two flights of stairs to the FIRST door you encounter traveling up the stairs.
TV: Netflix is available. Turn on the TV and press the Netflix button on the remote. Use the “Brock Street” account.
Rubbish: Please place all rubbish in the bins provided. Please leave rubbish in the flat. The cleaners will handle it after your departure. If you are on a long term stay, place the rubbish in the appropriate bag behind the fire door on the ground floor, THEN, contact the host via the booking channel and let us know the rubbish needs disposal.
Heating: There are several central heating controls. Use them to set the desired temperature of the flat. The boiler is in the closet in the main bedroom, there is a switch to the boiler, PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE SWITCH.
ALL WE ASK IS YOU PLEASE TURN OFF THE HEATING WHEN NOT IN THE FLAT.
Kitchen:
Coffee, tea, sugar + milk are all provided.
Nespresso machine; Turn on with the top “coffee” button. Then press the access lid button up or down to open and close. Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen (salt, olive oil, sugar, etc).
Washing machine can be found in the kitchen under the counter.
Miscellaneous:
Hoover can be found in the wardrobe in master bedroom also, should you need this.
Linen; All linen + towels will be provided. Sofa bedding can be found within the sofa pack which is normally found in the back bedroom wardrobe.
Parking: Charlotte Street long stay car is £15/day, and is a 5 minute walk to the flat.
