Directions: Your property is on the south east corner of London Road and Piccadilly Place. It is also adjacent to the entrance rood to the Morrisons. You will know you have arrived when you park in front of the large Clean Break Property window sign.
Lockbox and Keys: The code is 1062 – and the lockbox is to right of the outer front door, attached to the black gaiting.
Open the lockbox with the code and please close it. Enter the outer door of the property with key labeled T14095. Approach the stairwell but do not go up, turn left, then to the right and walk forward. That is your flat. Then use the key labeled SILCA
Parking: Please park in the second spot from the right when facing the building in front of the Clean Break Property advertisement.
TV: Netflix is currently not available. but standard terrestrial TV is.
Rubbish: Please place all rubbish in the bin. If you need to change the bin, please let us know and we can arrange for a rubbish collection. Do not put any rubbish outside.
Heating: the heaters are set to 18 degrees. If you wish to increase press the up and down arrows. It is as simple as that!
Kitchen: Coffee (Tassimo), Tea, milk and sugar are all provided. You will find the tea, milks and sugar in the cutlery drawer.
There is also a kettle and toaster.
Dishwasher is built in and there is a large fridge/ freezer.
Oven is an induction oven but all pans are provided.
Washing Machine and tumble dryer are located next to the main bathroom.
Miscellaneous: All linen & towels are provided.
Hairdryer; If you require a hairdryer during your stay, I suggest packing one as whilst we endeavour to provide these they do tend to go missing.
Iron & ironing board can be found in the cupboard in the hallway.
BackDoor: There is a backdoor and it opens out into a communal walkway. it can be a little tricky to make sure it is closed and locked.
