Directions: Head towards the Holburne Museum then turn down onto Sutton Street towards the Pulteney Arms & take the right onto Daniel Street. Look for no’ 2 and your accommodation is to the right, down the steps into ‘The Garden Apartment’ (signposted) with the white door.
Lockbox and Keys: Located to the left of the front door you will find the main entrance keys. The code will be issued to you on the morning of your arrival.
Backdoor key is in the actual backdoor itself. Please leave this here.
Garage key fob is hung up by the backdoor. You will need this when parking.
Parking: Is at the back of the property in a small garage (max height 1.75m/ 5ft 9″), which is not suitable for a 4×4 or similar sized vehicles.
To gain access you will need to operate the garage door manually. There is a very easy control at the back of the garage.
Proceed towards Henrietta Gardens (straight on as you approached from the Hulborne Museum instead of turning right onto Daniel St.), take the next right signposted ‘Henrietta Gdns 18 – 24’. Down here you will find your garage, first garage on the right hand side (black shutter).
***Please ensure that the garage door is closed when leaving the property. Simply press the close button and allow for it to fully close before leaving.
Alternatively, if available, you can park besides the black and white bollards (on the left as you enter the street).
If you have another vehicle you can park this in front of your garage, blocking the entrance.
Wifi Router: The router is located in the master bedroom on the bedside table.
TV: Netflix is currently not available. but standard terrestrial TV is.
Rubbish: Please place all rubbish in the bin. If you need to change the bin, please let us know and we can arrange for a rubbish collection. Do not put any rubbish outside.
Heating: The heating throughout the property is underfloor heating. The temperature can be controlled by the thermostat on the wall next to the refrigerator. The instructions are located above the thermostat and are easy peasy. If, for any reason the instructions aren’t present, here are two photos providing all the information.
Kitchen: Coffee (Tassimo), Tea, milk and sugar are all provided. You will find the tea, milks and sugar in the cutlery drawer.
There is also a kettle and toaster.
Dishwasher is built in and there is a large fridge/ freezer.
Oven is an induction oven but all pans are provided.
Washing Machine and tumble dryer are located next to the main bathroom.
Miscellaneous: All linen & towels are provided.
Hairdryer; If you require a hairdryer during your stay, I suggest packing one as whilst we endeavour to provide these they do tend to go missing.
Iron & ironing board can be found in the cupboard in the hallway.
Garden: The garden shed is locked and not accessible. You have free use of the rest of the garden and furniture.
