Directions: Nestled between The Royal Crescent and The Circus lies Margaret’s Buildings. A charming pedestrianised street lined with independent shops, galleries and the most delicious cafe (The Green Bird Cafe). Here you will find your property between ‘Grog’ a craft beer shop and the hair salon ‘Figo’.
You will see a large black door numbered 15/ 16. This is you.
Lockbox: You will find the lockbox to the left of the door, quite low down. You will be issued the code for this the morning of your arrival.
Once in, proceed up the stairs and your apartment is on the right labelled ’16’. The door may seem stiff but this is due to the new carpet. It just needs a good push.
Parking: Charlotte Street long stay car is £15/day, and is a 5 minute walk to the flat.
Rubbish: Please place all rubbish in the bins provided. Please leave rubbish in the flat. The cleaners will handle it after your departure. If you are on a long term stay, place the rubbish in the appropriate bag behind the fire door on the ground floor, THEN, contact the host via the booking channel and let us know the rubbish needs disposal.
Heating: The apartment is controlled by a Honeywell thermostat, which you will find on the mantelpiece in the living room (please leave here). Simply switch to ‘on’ and select the desired temperature.
Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle + tea, sugar and milk capsules.
Miscellaneous: All linen and towels are provided.
Bedding for the sofa bed can be found in the cupboard in the hallway.
Hairdryer; If you require a hairdryer during your stay, I suggest packing one as whilst we endeavour to provide these they do tend to go missing.
Please note that there is strictly no smoking in the property.
