Directions: The property is located off of Lower Bristol Road, depending on the direction you approach, it is either a left or right on to THE SQUARE (street). Turn on to The Square, once you do so, follow that road and you will pass by St. James House on your right, then Berkeley House, also on your right, and then straight ahead is Hanover House. To the left of Hanover House is Marr House.
Parking : Drive through the tunnel that separates Marr House from Hanover House. Take a left, continue turning left where you will see spaces numbered 8 and 3. Your parking space is NUMBER 3 (it is a little black and white 3, on the kerb).
Entry: ***The parking spot is situated to the back of the property. To gain entry you will need to head back to the main entrance, which is back through the tunnel and now on your right.
Front Door: To lock the front door lift the door handle, turn the key.
Lockbox: The lockbox is a silver and black Master Lock lockbox directly to your left if you are facing the main entrance. It is located in between the two windows at about knee height.
Hold the key fob against the main doors entry system (to the right of the door). Walk into the building and you will see a number of post boxes. To the left of the post boxes is a door. Head through this door and you will find your apartment towards the end of the hallway on the left. Use the gold key to open your door.
Wifi: If for any reason this password doesn’t work, the password is located on the router. The router is located next to the sofa The provider of the internet is EE The internet speed is lightning fast. However, if there are any issues with the speed of the internet, please disconnect your devices, then unplug the router from the wall, after 30 seconds, plug the router back in, and reconnect your devices.
Washer: A washer is present in the kitchen, and a drying rack is in the utility closet underneath the stairs.
TV: Netflix is available. Turn on the TV and press the Netflix button on the remote. Use the Marr House account.
Rubbish: Please place all rubbish in the bin provided and leave the rubbish in the flat. The cleaners will dispose of it once you have vacated the property.
Heating: There are individual heaters in each room, adjust to them your liking, but please turn them off when not needed or not in the flat.
Kitchen: Coffee (Tassimo machine), tea, sugar and milk are provided. Along with kitchen roll, dish soap, hand soap + sponges.
Miscellaneous: All linen and towels are provided. Bedding for the sofa bed can be found within the sofa itself.
Please note that there is strictly no smoking in the property. If you are a smoker please smoke outside and dispose of any cigarette butts.
