LockBox: There are two lockboxes at the entrance to the property. YOUR LOCKBOX IS ON THE RIGHT. Inside here you will find a key fob which just needs to be held against the tag reader on the handle (black area top of the handle).
Parking: You will find parking around the back of the property. This is down the lane (pictured) & then on the right numbered ’39’. Once parked you will need to proceed back to the entrance (front) of the property to gain entry.
Wifi: If for any reason this password doesn’t work, the password is located on the router.
The router is located in the dining room on the ground next to the blue chair on the right. The provider of the internet is BT. The internet speed is guaranteed to be no less than 41/mbps-but recent speed checks have shown a speed of almost 70/mbps. If there are any issues with the speed of the internet, please disconnect your devices, then unplug the router from the wall, after 30 seconds, plug the router back in, wait for the blue light on the router, then reconnect your devices.
Backdoor: The keys to the back door are in the back door-please use them to unlock and lock the door but please leave them in the door.
Washer/Dryer: The smallest key (on back door key ring) is for the back pantry where the washer/dryer is located. This is an outdoor pantry, so there is the possibility of a leaves or spiderwebs, but the washer/dryer is new-ish (2020).
TV: Freeview and and Netflix are available. Turn on the TV and press the Netflix button on the remote. Use the 39 Third Avenue account.
Rubbish: Please place all rubbish in the bins provided. Rubbish found elsewhere may incur additional cleaning fees.
Heating: There is a central heating control. It should be located in front of the TV. Front that control you can choose the heating preference for each room. Please turn off the heat in each room if not in use, or at check out.
Kitchen: Coffee (we think it is excellent) is and tea is are provided, apologies for the lack of milk but policy is not to put any perishable items in the house. The Nespresso machine-Turn on with the top “coffee” button. Then press the access lid button up or down to open and close. Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen (salt, olive oil, sugar, etc).
Miscellaneous: All linen and towels are provided. You will find bedding for the sofa bed in the sofa bed itself.
Hairdryer; If you require a hairdryer during your stay, I suggest packing one as whilst we endeavour to provide these they do tend to go missing.
