Directions: Just off of Julian road, head up Burlington street (on the corner of St Mary’s Catholic Church) & proceed right at the top to Portland Place.
Your property is situated on the high pavement, to the right of house number 8 & down the steps to the basement flat. There is a plaque on the wall (as pictured) stating Portland Place 8.
Lockbox: The lockbox is located by the front door to the apartment and you will be issued the code on the morning of your arrival.
There is one key for the middle lock.
*Please note that the main door locks behind itself so please ensure you have the key on you before leaving.
TV: This is a smart TV with access to all the usual apps (Netflix, Disney, etc.) should you wish to log into your account but also has access to British terrestrial channels.
Rubbish: Please place all rubbish in the bin provided and leave the rubbish in the flat. The cleaners will dispose of it once you have vacated the property.
Heating: You will find the thermostat which controls the radiators at the bottom of the stairs int he hallway. You can remove the thermostat but please make sure it is put back when leaving. To set the house temperature simply select ‘manual’ and select the desired temperature.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need, including a gas hob, 2 built in ovens + microwave. Kettle, toaster + tea, sugar, milk sachets & instant coffee.
You will find an iron underneath the sink.
Additional Info: You will find a hairdryer in the primary en-suite.
The ironing board can be found in the cupboard under the stairs in the hallway.
Parking: Park at the Charlotte Street Car Park. It is £15/day.
Miscellaneous: All linen and towels are provided.
The 3rd bed slides out from under the single bed on the right, in the back bedroom. Bedding for this can be found in the wardrobe in the primary suite.
Hairdryer; If you require a hairdryer during your stay, I suggest packing one as whilst we endeavour to provide these they do tend to go missing.
