Directions:
From M4 East or West;
Turn off at Junction 18 and proceed south along the A46 (signposted Bath) for 7.2 miles
Use the left lane to take the A4 slip road to Bath/Warminster/A36 for 0.2 miles.
At London Rd Junction, take the 3rd exit onto London Rd W/A4 & continue for 1.1 mile.
Turn left onto Cleveland Place, over Cleveland bridge, passed the fire station until you come to a junction (Sydney Gardens park will be directly in front of you), take the right here onto Sydney Place.
At the roundabout (next to St Mary’s church) take the 3rd exit onto Vane Street.
Your destination will be on the right.

From Train Station: If arriving by train, simply head straight down the street opposite the main entrance (passed The Royal hotel). Take the second right along North Parade (signposted for Bath Cricket Club, Bath Rugby), passing Parade Gardens & Pulteney Weir on the left.
Continue passed the Sports Centre & cricket club taking the left when you come to the end onto Pulteney Road. Eventually you will come to a roundabout with a church on (St Mary’s). You want to take the left here (Vane st) & cross over where you will find your property (No’ 5).

Parking: The nearest carpark is The Podium Carpark, a 5 minute drive/ 10 minute walk away costing £15 a day.
Entry: You will find the lockbox to the left of the main front door (make sure you are outside door no’ 5), quite close to the ground attached to the railings.
The key that states ‘Bath’ is the key for the building. It is a bit niggly & sometimes requires a few gentle wiggles in the lock but it will work.
Once in the main building, continue up 2x flights where you will reach your apartment (no’ 4).
Wifi: The EE router is located on the mantlepiece in the living room.
TV: Is a Samsung Smart TV with access to live/ terrestrial TV.
Heating: To control the heating, you will find the controls in the closet on the left as you walk in the bathroom.
Rubbish: Please place all rubbish in the bin. Leave all rubbish in the flat. If your stay is a longer stay please send a message through the booking channel to have the rubbish removed.
Kitchen;
Washing Machine: There is a washer in the property should it be needed. The drying rack is the wardrobe in the bedroom.
Iron + Ironing board: Can be found in bedroom cupboard alongside drying rack.
Tea, Sugar, Milk: All provided.
Dustpan + Brush: Stand up dustpan + brush can be found in the kitchen (to the right at the end of the kitchen cupboards).
Dishwasher: The property has a built in dishwasher & dishwasher tablets can be found in the cupboard underneath the sink.
Linen: All linen/ bedding + towels are provided
Miscellaneous;
Hairdryer: Can be found in the draw in the bathroom
Strictly no smoking in the property & please do not flush wipes or other objects other than toilet paper down the toilet.
