Owners of the fast-expanding Clean Break Group, Jamie Miller and Scott Eanes will be sharing their experience and knowledge with delegates at a two day intensive workshop at the Bath Spa hotel in March 2024.

The brothers-in-law, business partners began this business during lockdown in 2020 after Jamie read a book Property Magic by Simon Zutshi.
Jamie, still serving at this point in Her Majesty's Armed Forces, contacted his brother-in-law, Scott, a Marine Scientist who had just relocated from the British Virgin Islands and suggested they give it a go. Scott's response was less than enthusiastic said Jamie It was more like that will never work retorts Scott.
But it would appear that Jamie can be quite persuasive and so Scott, living in the idyllic tourist City of Bath set about being the man on the ground and did some digging. At this point the young men were looking for a bit of a side hustle. A way of generating some cash and maybe having some extra for family holidays etc.
Little did they know that just 2 years later they would both be working full time for their property company Clean Break Group with staff, premises and a portfolio of 21 properties.
At their workshop in March, they promise to be absolutely frank about wins, losses and the things they got wrong along the way. They sell it as the ultimate fast track to generate a semi-passive income. There are guest speaches from industry experts and real time advice and interaction from a lawyer and an accountant to dispel any myths surrounding legality and tax.
The workshop lasts 1.5 days and costs £500 per person. There is a 50% discount if you book before 31stDecember. Lunch and refreshments are included.
The Bath Spa hotel is an iconic property right in the centre of Historic Bath and special delegate accommodation rates are available.
The night before the workshop the pair are hosting a networking event for property professionals in the area. Delegates are also encouraged to attend if they can.
