Lockbox Code and Location: – 0583 – it is the to right of the outer front door. It is the lowest lockbox present. The lockbox is grey with a black frame. Open the lockbox with the code and please close it.

Up the top floor, first door on your left!

TV & Netflix: This is a smart TV with access to all the usual apps (Netflix, Disney, etc.) should you wish to log into your account but Netflix is provided for you entertainment. 

Rubbish: Please place all rubbish in the bin provided and leave the rubbish in the flat. The cleaners will dispose of it once you have vacated the property.

Heating: You will find the thermostat which controls the radiators at the bottom of the stairs int he hallway. You can remove the thermostat but please make sure it is put back when leaving. To set the house temperature simply select ‘manual’ and select the desired temperature.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need, including a gas hob, 2 built in ovens + microwave. Kettle, toaster + tea, sugar, milk sachets & instant coffee.
You will find an iron underneath the sink.

Additional Info: You will find a hairdryer in the primary en-suite.
The ironing board can be found in the cupboard under the stairs in the hallway.

Miscellaneous: All linen and towels are provided.

The 3rd bed slides out from under the single bed on the right, in the back bedroom. Bedding for this can be found in the wardrobe in the primary suite.

Hairdryer; If you require a hairdryer during your stay, I suggest packing one as whilst we endeavour to provide these they do tend to go missing.
