Further Information

Directions: The flat is situated at the beginning or end (depending on direction of travel) of Bathwick St. Directly across from the pedestrian crossing (no zebra crossing). Look for a plaque that says 1 BASEMENT FLAT. There is also a yellow alarm box to help identify the flat. The yellow alarm box is over the stairs that lead you down to the property.

Lockbox: Located to the left of the front door of the flat (NOT THE MAIN BUILDING) is your lockbox.

Parking: Head towards 10a Bathwick st BA2 6NX. You will see an archway, drive through and you will find your space on the left directly in front of the sign saying ‘RESIDENTS PARKING ONLY’ (3rd space in from the right). You will notice the bollard has a pink strip at the top also. There is no lock for this at present, so please just leave the bollard upright when you leave.
If you have the ‘what3words’ app the wording required here is ///firmly.aura.cabin.

Wifi Router: The router is located in the living room on the ground next to the curtain discretely hiding the spare bed. The provider of the internet is BT. The internet speed is guaranteed to be no less than 41/mbps-but recent speed checks have shown a speed of almost 70/mbps. If there are any issues with the speed of the internet, please disconnect your devices, then unplug the router from the wall, after 30 seconds, plug the router back in, wait for the blue light on the router, then reconnect your devices.

TV: Netflix is available. Turn on the TV and press the Netflix button on the remote. Use the “Rochfort” account.

Rubbish: Please place all rubbish in the bin. Leave all rubbish in the flat.

Heating: There is a central heating control. It is located in the kitchen to the right of the sink. From that control you can choose the heating preference. Please turn off the heat if not in the flat and at check out.

Kitchen: Coffee, tea, sugar and milk are provided.

Oven: Please note that the front two hobs require the use of a gas lighter, which can be found in the cutlery drawer.

Spare Bed: This can be found in the living room behind the curtain in the alcove.

Miscellaneous: All linen and towels are provided.

Hairdryer; If you require a hairdryer during your stay, I suggest packing one as whilst we endeavour to provide these they do tend to go missing.
