Check in is from 4pm GMT (please note, the old check in time was 3pm, but this was changed on the 23rd of January 2025. If you booked PRIOR to this date, your check in time is 3pm.). Please do not enter the property early even if you think if no one is present. There may be planned maintenance or cleaning may not be completed. IF you arrive after 4pm and the keys are absent from the lockbox, please give the door a knock, or the ringer a push, as the cleaners are more than likely just finishing up.
Check out time is no later than 10am GMT (please note, the old check out time was 11am, but this was changed on the 23rd of January 2025. If you booked PRIOR to this date, your check out time is 11am). The cleaners need access to the property at 11am to prepare it for the next guest. Please put the keys back in the lockbox and secure it close.
Early check in may be possible but only if there isn’t a guest checking out the same day as your arrival. Additionally, there is a cost. It costs £25 pounds to check in an hour early. It is £50 for a two hour early check in. The maximum charge is for an early check is in £50, at this point Clean Break will do its best to get you in as early as desired, but no less than 2 hours prior to 4pm.
Late check out may be possible but only if there isn’t another guest checking in at 4pm. If this is the case we can offer an additional hour (making check out before 11pm GMT). The cost for the additional hour is £25 pounds. If another hour is needed, it is another £25, for a maximum of £50 and two hours.
Checking in early or checking out late isn’t as simple as saying yes to your request. Clean Break manages over 20 properties in the city of Bath and we work with a communications team and a cleaning team that we need to consider in any decision. This is the reason for the additional cost.
