Directions: This property is located in the neighbourhood of Widcombe in Bath and should be accessed by Holloway Road. The Good Bear Cafe (BA2 4QW), Nino’s Barber Shop, and Wellsway Pharmacy are located at the top of Holloway Road. To get to the Holloway Road you will turn off of Wellsway Road (A367).

Alternatively, we also have a spot in the ‘Private Parking’ area reserved for residents, along Calton Gardens (opposite 18 Calton Gardens, Bath BA2 4QG).

Wifi Router: The router is located in the living room in the book shelf. The provider of the internet is BT. The internet speed is guaranteed to be no less than 41/mbps-but recent speed checks have shown a speed of almost 70/mbps. If there are any issues with the speed of the internet, please disconnect your devices, then unplug the router from the wall, after 30 seconds, plug the router back in, wait for the blue light on the router, then reconnect your devices.
TV: Freeview and and Netflix are available. Turn on the TV and press the Netflix button on the remote. Use the 14CW account.
First Floor Shower: The shower in the first floor bathroom needs to be powered by the pull switch above the bathroom door. Pull down the switch, you should hear a click, and see an orange light begin to glow. The shower is now and ready to us.
Rubbish: Please place all rubbish in the bin provided. If the bin is full and more than one bag exists, please place the rubbish bags outside of the property in the backyard.
Heating: There is a central heating control. It should be located in front of the TV. Front that control you can choose the heating preference for each room. Please turn off the heat in each room if not in use, or at check out.
Kitchen: Tea, Coffee, sugar and milk are all provided.
Nespresso machine; Turn on with the top “coffee” button. Then press the access lid button up or down to open and close.
Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen (salt, olive oil, sugar, etc).
Washing machine is located in the kitchen under the counter.
Miscellaneous:
All linen and towels are all provided. The sofa bedding can be found in the top front bedroom in the built in cupboard.
Ironing board + iron can be found in the entrance hall under the stairs.
Hairdryer can be found in the wardrobe in the bedroom upstairs at the front of the property. If for any reason it is not here it will be in one of the drawers.
Hoover is located in the entrance hall under the stairs, should you need.
Please note that there is strictly no smoking in the property. If you do smoke, please use the garden but discard of any cigarette butts.
Lastly do not flush wipes down the toilets. Toilet paper only.
